Free Initial Evaluation - An ACCENTED SPACES Consultant meets with the home sellers and real estate agent, reviews the process, the budget and evaluates the home. We’ll discuss goals, expectations and how to receive the maximum return on investment. 

Half-Day Home Staging/Interior Redesign – The ACCENTED SPACES consultant will be working from our eight-step Action Plan.  We begin to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home.  We will bring in accessories to complete the look of each room, take great photos for the agent’s marketing efforts, and give you a visual of what to purchase that goes a long way in updating each room of the home. We will fill out our ACCENTED SPACES Action Plan, so home owner can complete the look on their own.  The Action Plan will detail the cosmetic improvements recommended, paint color choices, suggested additional accessory purchases and details on what to do in the rooms we were unable to cover. 

Full-Day Home Staging/Interior Redesign – This service is for those homes that need a little more attention. We spend a full day making dramatic transformations to your home.  You won’t believe the difference a day can make!  You’ll have a show-ready home, photos for the agents marketing efforts, and visuals of purchases you can make to complete the look.  We’ll go through the home with home owner and fill out our ACCENTED SPACES Action Plan, so they can complete the look on their own.  The Action Plan will detail the cosmetic improvements recommended, paint color choices, suggested additional accessory purchases and details on what to do in the rooms we were unable to cover. 

New Listing Staging – This service is perfect to make a great first impression for the house that is just about to go onto the market or have an Open House! An ACCENTED SPACES consultant will spend two full days prior to that weekend transforming the house into a buyers dream.  The consultant will be working with a detailed ACCENTED SPACES Action Plan (included) that will be given to the home seller to complete the transformations at the end of the session.  To get top dollar, every home should go through our complete home staging transformation before being listed!

Vacant Home Staging – The ACCENTED SPACES Consultant meets with the furniture rental company that best fits this project.  Meets the furniture rental moves at the home to direct where pieces should go. Stages home with accessories, bed linens, plants, etc. When the house is sold and escrow is almost closed we will then meet with the furniture rental movers and spend a day de-staging the home.
